• T-slots on table are also precision ground to upgrade accuracy on reference planes.
• X, Y-axis slideways are coated with Turcite-B for smooth traverse and wear-resistance.
• X, Y-axis feed screws are hard chrome plated for increasing wear-resistance capability and service life.
• The major cast iron of FC-30 and FCD-45 high tensile material (MEEHANITE), it is annealed for stress releaving, featuring anti-wearness and deformation free.
• Automatic lubrication system provides lubrication to X, Y, Z axis slideways and feed screws. Lubrication frequency and oil flow are adjustable. (Optional)
